Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update inventory data into our database systems to maintain real-time stock levels.
- Sort, organize, and distribute incoming mail and packages for the logistics department.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documents, bills of lading, and packing lists.
- Perform regular audits of warehouse records to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and management regarding shipment delays or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in data entry, logistics, or warehousing is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
