Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance on workstations, printers, and peripherals to ensure optimal uptime.
- Log and track all IT support tickets in the Service Desk system, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Assist in the deployment of new laptops, mobile devices, and software configurations.
- Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to troubleshoot server-side issues affecting end-users.
- Conduct user training sessions on new software applications and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced Seattle office.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
