Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Accurately process customer orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates using Salesforce CRM.
- Document all customer interactions, complaints, and feedback in the company database.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to resolve complex escalations efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
- Provide regular updates to the recruitment team regarding performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Proven ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure, urgent situations.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Available to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week).
