Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using our warehouse management system.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with the shift lead to ensure daily targets and productivity goals are met.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physically fit with the stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
