Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as required by volume.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Milwaukee facility.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
