Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to manifests
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and quality control
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to Buckhead industrial zone
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred but not required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings/nights
