Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Perform cycle counts and maintain organized warehouse storage systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production quotas
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Document inventory movements in warehouse management systems
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments using proper lifting techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain (paid training)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and inventory tracking knowledge
- Reliable transportation to various San Diego locations
- Flexible availability for 1st/2nd/3rd shift assignments
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
