Responsibilities
- Accurately scan and sort incoming packages using RF scanners
- Load/unload shipments in compliance with safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory in warehouse zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Document shipping/receiving data in digital systems
- Participate in weekly inventory audits
Qualifications
- Must be available for immediate start (within 3 days)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with breaks
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to Henderson facility
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work weekends/holidays during peak season
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Must provide two professional references
