Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency to meet daily quotas.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in strict compliance with OSHA protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock levels are maintained correctly using WMS.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in loading and unloading trailers using proper safety straps and weight distribution techniques.
- Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members regarding daily targets and operational needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for qualified candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift without restrictions.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new warehouse management systems quickly.
- Must be available for overtime and flexible scheduling during peak seasons.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
