Responsibilities
- Perform daily receiving, stocking, and inventory control tasks accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and RF scanners.
- Package and prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and punctuality.
