Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and verify customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and organize warehouse aisles efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic checks on warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
