Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate departmental projects and track deliverables
- Manage office operations including inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure data security compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
