Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate logistics for executive teams
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Support data entry, record keeping, and document management systems with 99% accuracy
- Facilitate seamless communication between departments and external stakeholders
- Assist in event planning and meeting coordination for company initiatives
- Perform ad-h administrative tasks as requested by department leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize competing demands
- Professional demeanor with excellent client-facing etiquette
