Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for Austin-based events including setup, execution, and breakdown
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure contract compliance
- Act as primary client liaison during event operations
- Oversee volunteer/staff scheduling and training sessions
- Monitor inventory and coordinate equipment rentals
- Prepare post-event reports with analytics and feedback
- Ensure compliance with city permits and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year event coordination or hospitality experience
- Proficiency in event management software (Eventbrite, Cvent)
