Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and credential verification at festival entrances
- Distribute promotional materials and information to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and assist with venue navigation
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure guest safety
- Respond to attendee inquiries with friendly, accurate information
- Assist with vendor coordination and supply distribution
- Report operational issues to on-site supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (4-8 hour shifts)
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Must pass basic background screening
- Knowledge of New Orleans geography a plus
