- Prepare post-event reports with attendee feedback and budget analysis
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional materials and social media coverage
- Coordinate with venue staff and external vendors for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Previous event coordination or hospitality experience preferred
- Proficiency in event management software (Eventbrite, Cvent)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Valid Illinois driver's license for venue transportation
