Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for 5+ simultaneous parade routes
- Manage vendor relationships and supply chains
- Oversee volunteer teams of 20+ personnel
- Ensure compliance with city permits and safety protocols
- Track real-time crowd metrics and adjust plans accordingly
- Coordinate with NOPD and emergency services
- Prepare daily incident reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years event coordination experience
- Valid Louisiana driver's license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day/night rotation)
- Strong crisis management skills
- CPR/First Aid certification required
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
