Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily office operations and administrative schedules efficiently.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Prepare professional reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle incoming communications, including email and phone inquiries, with a high level of professionalism.
- Assist project managers with tracking deadlines and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in administrative or operational support roles preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
