In this role, you will play a crucial part in our supply chain operations, ensuring that our inventory is managed efficiently and our distribution goals are met during the critical night hours.
Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately to maintain inventory levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic checks on material handling equipment and report any issues.
- Organization: Keep work areas clean and organized to maximize productivity.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
