Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for next-day delivery with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain organized storage zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Adhere to strict safety protocols during high-volume processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) and weekends as needed
