Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory scanning and stock rotation using RF scanners
- Safely operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for major e-commerce clients
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety compliance protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
- Document daily operations via digital inventory management systems
- Support loading/unloading of freight trucks in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to 789 Logistics Drive
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software training
- Flexible availability for 10-12 hour shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays during peak seasons
