Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate cycle counts and maintain organized inventory records.
- Picking & Packing: Select, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to strict quality control standards.
- Load & Unload: Load and unload trailers with speed and care, ensuring cargo security.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment and strictly follow all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with morning and evening shifts to ensure seamless operational flow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read pick lists and shipping labels.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
