Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading and unloading of materials and products using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and stock organization to maintain optimal warehouse levels.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with certification requirements.
- Inspect products for damage or defects and report discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory purposes.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
