Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in application performance and implement solutions to enhance speed and scalability.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js is mandatory.
- Database Skills: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
