Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and process incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy for shipment to retail partners
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and conduct regular cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to North Side facility
