Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex meeting logistics
- Process expense reports and maintain financial documentation
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and project timelines
- Prepare confidential reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Onboard new temporary staff and maintain HR documentation
- Support vendor relationships and procurement processes
- Implement organizational systems for digital and physical records
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (required for occasional errands)
