Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex meeting logistics across multiple time zones
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office supply inventory and vendor relationships for 50+ person department
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports with precision
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Support onboarding processes for temporary staff and contractors
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in corporate or tech environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience handling sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in fast-paced settings
- Valid Washington State driver's license and reliable transportation
