Responsibilities
- Assist in setup and breakdown of event venues and equipment
- Manage vendor check-in and booth assignments
- Distribute event materials and information to attendees
- Monitor attendee flow and provide directional guidance
- Coordinate with security and emergency response teams
- Collect and report attendee feedback for post-event analysis
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends and evenings (Thu-Sun)
- Previous event or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid California Driver's License (for equipment transport)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted
