Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setup/teardown according to venue protocols
- Manage attendee registration and VIP guest services
- Distribute promotional materials and engage with event attendees
- Operate audiovisual equipment and interactive technology stations
- Maintain inventory of promotional supplies and event materials
- Collaborate with on-site coordinators to resolve operational issues
- Document event metrics and submit shift reports
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-10pm shifts)
- Previous event staffing or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Boston
- Flexibility to work occasional weekday events during peak seasons
