Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain digital and physical records with a high degree of precision.
- Review and reconcile data discrepancies to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval.
- Prepare and format routine reports and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist the administrative team with project coordination and scheduling.
- Respond to general inquiries via phone or email in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with a high accuracy rate (95%+).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
