Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital filing systems for client records.
- Coordinate internal meetings and manage the corporate calendar efficiently.
- Process incoming mail, faxes, and route correspondence to appropriate departments.
- Prepare weekly reports and presentation materials using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with inventory tracking and basic office supply management.
- Answer incoming calls and greet visitors in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to the Houston location is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
