Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems, and update databases.
- Assist with special projects and event coordination as required by the hiring manager.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory to ensure a smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous administrative or office support experience is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to Washington, DC.
