Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal and external documents.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate conference room bookings.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory levels.
- Provide general support to the executive team and staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative or office support roles is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
