Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Handle confidential documents with discretion and maintain digital filing systems
- Process payroll, expense reports, and invoices using QuickBooks
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external communications
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate office logistics including supplies, equipment maintenance, and event planning
- Support onboarding processes for new temporary staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years administrative support experience in corporate or agency settings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
