Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming emails, correspondence, and documents with high attention to detail.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Schedule meetings, arrange travel logistics, and coordinate calendars for executives.
- Assist with project coordination and prepare necessary reports and presentations.
- Answer phone calls and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Handle general office duties including printing, scanning, and supply management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative support or a temp role is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
- Reliable transportation and availability for full-time or part-time shifts.
