Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from trailers and storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading, packing lists, or invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Sort, pack, and label products for shipment or storage.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required by management.
- Operate scanning equipment and computer systems to update inventory records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks, outdoor areas).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
