Responsibilities
- Coordinate staffing assignments for 10-15 night shift warehouse associates
- Monitor workflow efficiency and productivity metrics during overnight operations
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Manage inventory tracking systems and reconcile stock discrepancies
- Train new associates on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- Communicate with day shift teams to ensure seamless operational handovers
- Generate daily performance reports and staffing optimization analyses
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse or logistics night shift operations
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Preferred: Forklift certification and experience with automated systems
