As a Warehouse Associate, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations. We pride ourselves on our team culture and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming inventory to ensure proper organization.
- Prepare and pack customer orders using appropriate packaging materials and equipment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during designated shifts.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Assist with inventory audits, cycle counts, and labeling tasks as directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Wichita facility.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
