Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with weekend team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company procedures
- Assist with loading/unloading of freight shipments
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Reliable transportation to our Jacksonville distribution center
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Pass background check and drug screening
