Responsibilities
- Perform order picking and packing efficiently during night shifts.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment.
- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures strictly.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet nightly production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning, counting, and inventory checks.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Oakland facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
