Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping of inventory with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safe handling of goods.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational flow and timely order fulfillment.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during the designated night shift window.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners or warehouse management software.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
