Responsibilities
- Execute High-Velocity Data Entry: Accurately input, verify, and process large volumes of customer and product data into our proprietary CRM and database systems within strict deadlines.
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular audits of entered data to identify and rectify discrepancies, ensuring 99.9% data integrity standards are met.
- System Maintenance: Assist in the cleaning and updating of legacy databases, removing duplicate records and archiving outdated information.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate weekly data summary reports for the operations team to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and workflow efficiency.
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with the administrative team to streamline document management processes and digitize physical files.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Support special projects as requested, including market research data compilation and inventory audits.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or digital operations.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential, knowledge of SQL or Google Workspace is a plus).
- Typing Skills: Proven typing speed of at least 45 WPM with exceptional accuracy.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to detect errors in complex datasets.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced temp-to-hire environment.
