Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and account information into our internal database systems.
- Review and reconcile data discrepancies to ensure high-quality records.
- Perform routine data verification and correction tasks.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of physical and digital filing systems.
- Generate and distribute weekly reports as required by management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
