Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and internal meetings for the management team.
- Manage high-volume email correspondence and screen incoming calls professionally.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems for sensitive project documents.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and memos using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with logistics including travel arrangements, venue booking, and catering coordination.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and external partners.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or project coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Washington State ID and authorization to work in the USA.
