Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting rooms and conference materials.
- Update and maintain digital and physical filing systems accurately.
- Support the administrative team with ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
