- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including booking conference rooms and sending calendar invites.
- Assist in maintaining office inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
- Perform light data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel and other databases.
- Support the executive team with ad-hoc projects and special requests.
- Ensure the reception area is kept tidy and welcoming for visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
