Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Manage and prioritize incoming IT help desk tickets in our ticketing system.
- Assist with the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of office hardware and peripherals.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement security patches and software updates.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
