Responsibilities
- Source and engage technical candidates across Dallas's thriving tech ecosystem
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, IT infrastructure, and data science roles
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with Fortune 500 and startup clients
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and niche tech communities
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Utilize Greenhouse and Bullhorn ATS to track recruitment metrics and pipeline health
- Present market insights to clients on compensation benchmarks and talent trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in Dallas/Fort Worth market
- Proven success placing software engineers, DevOps, and cybersecurity professionals
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing techniques and technical interview methodologies
- Strong understanding of Dallas's tech landscape and key employers
- Greenhouse or Bullhorn ATS certification preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Results-driven mindset with track record of exceeding KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
