Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent through advanced sourcing strategies and networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Leverage ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) to optimize recruitment workflows
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive insights on compensation and skills
- Build diverse candidate pipelines while ensuring inclusive hiring practices
- Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in IT/software engineering roles
- Proven expertise with Boolean sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards
- Strong understanding of Baltimore's tech ecosystem and talent landscape
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach with ability to interpret recruitment analytics
- Ability to manage high-volume technical roles across multiple industries
