Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Lead the long-term strategic planning process, identifying key technologies and methodologies that will drive growth.
- Emerging Technology Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into AI, quantum computing, and next-gen web architectures to assess their applicability to our core business.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate high-level vision into actionable technical strategies.
- Innovation Management: Cultivate a culture of experimentation, piloting new technologies with a focus on scalability and ROI.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership within a high-growth environment.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully navigating complex transitions and leading organizational change.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, and data analytics.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
